Setting up your clinic account

Welcome to Tarsi. You can have a working clinic — calendar, services, and online booking — running the same afternoon you sign up. This guide walks you through the four steps that matter most, in order.

1. Set up your clinic profile

Open Settings and add your clinic name, address, time zone, and logo. These details flow straight onto your public booking page, confirmations, and invoices, so it is worth getting them right once. If you run more than one physical location, add each one under Settings → Locations — appointments, inventory, and reporting can all be filtered by location later.

2. Add the services you offer

Go to Services and add each treatment with its price, duration, and the provider(s) who perform it. Most devices, injectables, and product lines are already in the Tarsi catalog, so you can pick what you own instead of typing everything from scratch. Accurate durations are what make your online booking and calendar reflect real availability.

3. Invite your team

From Team & Providers, invite each staff member by email and give them a role. They set their own password and land directly in your clinic. Roles control what each person can see and do — see Inviting your team and setting roles.

4. Turn on online booking and take your first appointment

Once services and providers exist, your booking page is live. Share the link, or create your first appointment manually by clicking an open slot on the calendar. From there the platform starts working for you — reminders send themselves, and the Action Center flags anything that needs attention.

Common questions

Is Tarsi really free to start?

Yes. The free plan runs a real clinic, not a 14-day trial. You can upgrade later for higher limits and advanced features, but nothing forces you onto a paid plan to get started.

Do I have to import patients before I can use it?

No. You can start booking with new patients immediately and import your existing list whenever you are ready — see Import patients from your current system.

How long does setup actually take?

Most clinics are booking the same afternoon. Profile and a handful of services take a few minutes; everything else can be filled in as you go.
