Terms under review
Tarsi's terms of service are being finalized with our legal counsel. The published terms will appear here. For questions in the interim, contact [email protected].
Each clinic on the Tarsi network sets its own terms for clinical services — what they treat, how they bill, their cancellation policy. Those terms live on the clinic's individual booking page and are separate from these platform terms. Both apply when you book.
Your healthcare relationship is with the clinic and provider you choose — not with Tarsi. Tarsi provides the software infrastructure clinics use to run their practice and manage care; Tarsi is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine, give medical advice, or control the clinical decisions a provider makes. Any care, treatment, advice, billing, or clinical record is the responsibility of the clinic and provider.
Information you share inside Tarsi is handled under our Privacy Policy. If a clinic or provider exports, copies, downloads, or otherwise takes your information outside of Tarsi — for example into their own systems, devices, or paper records — that information is then governed by that clinic's own policies and is the responsibility of the clinic or provider, not Tarsi. We encourage you to ask your clinic how they handle information they keep outside the platform.
Draft language pending final review by counsel.
By using Tarsi, you trust us to power your care experience. Until the formal terms publish, our commitments are simple: we run a reliable platform, we don't tolerate abuse, and you can close your account at any time. Questions? Email [email protected].
