My account or clinic looks empty after signing up

A brand-new clinic is empty by design — but if it stays empty or you land in the wrong place, one of these is usually why.

You are in the wrong workspace

If you belong to more than one clinic, you may be viewing a different one. Use the workspace switcher at the top to select the right clinic. Your data is not gone — it lives under the correct workspace.

You have not added services yet

An empty calendar and booking page almost always means no services exist. Add at least one service with a provider and the calendar comes to life.

A filter is hiding your data

Check for an active location or date filter at the top of the page — a narrow filter can make a full clinic look empty.

Common questions

I imported patients but do not see them.

Confirm the import finished and that you are in the same workspace you imported into. A location filter on the patient list can also hide rows.

My teammate sees data I do not.

Your role may not include that area, or you are in different workspaces. Compare the workspace name at the top and your assigned role.
