An appointment will not save or shows a conflict
On this page
If a booking will not save, Tarsi is almost always protecting you from a real scheduling problem.
The provider is not available
The slot may be outside the provider's working hours or on a day off. Check that provider's schedule for the date.
It conflicts with another appointment
The provider — or a required resource or room — is already booked at that time. The inline conflict warning names the clash; pick a clear time or a different provider.
A required field is missing
A booking needs a patient, a service, and a provider. If one is blank, fill it and save again.
Common questions
I want to double-book on purpose.
Some clinics intentionally overlap. Confirm the conflict warning to proceed where your workflow allows it, or adjust the provider's capacity settings.
The save just spins.
Check your connection and refresh. If it persists, note the time and provider and contact support so we can look at that specific slot.
