Apply at checkout
On the invoice, apply the patient's membership benefit and any Beauty Bank credit before charging. Credit reduces the balance; the patient pays the remainder by their usual method.
Check a balance
A patient's available credit is visible on their record and to them at booking — which is what brings them back.
Common questions
Can credit cover the whole invoice?
Yes, if the balance is the same or less than available credit. Any remainder is charged normally.
What if I applied credit by mistake?
Remove it from the invoice before finalizing, or refund and redo if it was already taken.
