Reading your reports
On this page
Reports turn the day-to-day into decisions. This guide covers reading the key reports, choosing the right date range, and getting your numbers out.
Pick a date range and compare
Every report respects the date-range selector at the top. Compare this month to last, or this year to last, to spot trends in revenue, retention, and provider utilization instead of staring at a single number.
The reports that matter most
Start with revenue by provider and treatment, patient retention and rebooking rate, and inventory usage. Provider compensation reconciles by the visit, so payroll math is already done for you.
Export your data
Any report exports to a spreadsheet for your accountant or deeper analysis. See Export a report to a spreadsheet.
Common questions
Why do two reports show different revenue?
Usually a date-range or status difference — for example, paid versus invoiced, or different period boundaries. Match the filters and the numbers reconcile.
Are my numbers compared to other clinics?
Network benchmarks compare your performance privately against clinics already inside Tarsi — your raw data is never exposed to anyone else.
Can I schedule or share a report?
Export the report and share the file. Recurring exports are on the roadmap.
