Set the date range and filters you want, then use the export action on the report. The file downloads with the same rows and columns you see on screen.

Tips

Match the date range to your accounting period before exporting so the file lines up with your books. Export before and after a comparison to keep both periods.

What format is the export?

A spreadsheet file that opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.

Does the export include patient names?

Only where the report itself does. Aggregate reports export totals, not identifiable rows.
