Refunds reverse a charge and keep the patient's balance correct.
Refund a payment
Open the invoice, find the payment, and issue a refund — full or partial. A card refund reverses against the original payment method; a manual payment is recorded as returned.
What happens to credit and points
A refund updates the patient's balance. Where points or Beauty Bank credit were earned or used on the original sale, the refund accounts for them so a patient cannot keep rewards for a purchase that was returned.
Common questions
How long does a card refund take to land?
The reversal is initiated immediately; how fast it appears depends on the patient's bank, typically a few business days.
Can I refund part of an invoice?
Yes — refund a single line or a specific amount; the rest of the invoice is unaffected.
