Why Practices Leave Fresha
The 20% growth penalty
Fresha's 20% marketplace commission on new client bookings means the more successfully you market your practice, the more you pay. Growth is penalized, not rewarded.
A booking tool, not a clinical platform
There is no EMR, no injectable tracking, no medical consent management, and no HIPAA compliance infrastructure. For any practice performing medical aesthetics, Fresha is legally and clinically insufficient.
What You Keep When You Switch
You don't start from zero. Your patient data comes with you.
- Patient names, dates of birth, and contact details
- Appointment history
- Product purchase history
How to Export Your Data from Fresha
Follow these steps to download your patient records.
- 1
Navigate to Clients → All Clients → Export CSV
- 2
For appointment history: Reports → Appointments → set All Time → Export CSV
Fresha does not support clinical notes export. If you have entered clinical notes in Fresha, copy them manually before switching or contact Fresha support to request a data export.
