Leaving Aesthetic Record? Bring your patients with you.
Aesthetic Record is excellent for charting. But when your scheduling, inventory, marketing, and business intelligence all live in separate systems, you spend more time managing software than managing your practice.

Why Practices Leave Aesthetic Record
An EMR that bolted on everything else
Aesthetic Record was built as an EMR first, and everything else was added around it. The result is a charting tool that books appointments — not a practice operating system.
Growing pains hit fast
Multi-location management, advanced reporting, and marketing automation require workarounds or integrations that add cost and friction as your practice scales.

What Tarsi Does That Aesthetic Record Doesn't
Every module talks to every other module
Your treatment history feeds inventory demand forecasting. Your booking engine knows which products are needed for each treatment. Nothing lives in a silo.
Beauty Bank drives retention automatically
Automatic credit deposits after every visit that incentivize rebooking — built in, not bolted on.
Action Center surfaces what matters
One prioritized feed tells you what needs attention before you go looking — lapsed patients, low stock, overdue tasks, expiring packages.
One platform, not five integrations
Scheduling, charting, billing, marketing, inventory, and analytics in a single connected system. No third-party glue required.
